"Apparently they're willing to give their customers' money to anyone who can guess a valid account number without verifying anyone's identity. Gave someone $5,000 from my account because a check happened to have my account number (without my name, routing number, signature or anything else related to me/my account on the check). Once I finally got my money back they told me that my account was considered compromised so they wouldn't give me money back if someone else stole from me. So I was supposed to go into the bank to close my account and open a new one. So I went in to close my account and open a new one at a different bank that hopefully doesn't give away my money."
