"Worst experience ever at a professional establishment. It just blows my mind to even imagine having to deal with those tellers on a daily basis. And the manger at the branch, low class. I’m sorry to do this I have never spoken ill about any establishment but this made me sick to my stomach, just cause you don’t own the place at least treat it with respect or leave the job!!!"
"I have issues with one of the workers at this bank . I called Carly twice on the 17th and no one answered so I left her a massege regarding a bill that I received want it to ask some information about it but until now nobody called me back which I consider very rude to egnore customers calls and not reply them. That's very disappointing. I had to go to other branch for getting the help I want."
"I have had to use this bank to pay rent for the past 4 months. Every time I go in, they are babbling about their personal lives and ignoring customers. They are so hard to get to work with people, and am convinced they are racist. Every time I go to pay rent, the GM there is arguing with me that I can’t pay my rent and it’s my landlords problem. I think it’s a Fifth Third problem… this is why I bank with Huntington & Chase."
"We have been using 5 3 banks for a very long time. They have always helped with any issues and the staff has always been consistent at this location unlike others. Very quick to get people through the line wether your inside or using the outside service. Only issue is I wish they were open later in the afternoon at least till 6."
