"Ordered a neck roll for my son july 11th, this is now july 27 I still to this day have not got in touch with this store I've email several times , left messages on every extension, sent messages via messenger, sent a message in their web site "contact us" . What else do I do, my son has 4 rides on August 1st an 2nd an we needed this. I finally yesterday ordered from someone else. I will never order from this company again now let's see how long it will be before I get my money back."
