"I have loved Lowe's forever in Florida and now in Fort Wayne. When shopping inside, all is well; friendly, clean, efficient. I ordered two vanities for my condo. Since I was between two moves and contractors in and out of my new place all day, to deliver the two vanities to the outside of the garage. Sadly, I was told these would arrive each day, I asked for ETA, never got it. I called, waited on hold multiple times and the messages from me were apparently not noted. Solution: when Lowe's hires out delivery people with rental vehicles, stop wasting time and money, get vendors you can rely on. My boxes with vanities were not in good shape when I finally received them. Boxes are not open yet for installation, but worry about the condition of my vanities. Can we say returns??? Yikes"

The staff is more friendly and knowledgeable and they will make sure that you do not leave until you are completely satisfied 1000% my favorite store hands-down better than Walmart better than Amazon better than anywhere. 10 stars."

"Good service. We were hunting for towel hangers to match what we already have. We found some on display but they didn't seem to be in stock. Tyler came to help us and he found a very close alternative and climb up high to pull it down for us. Really appreciated him going above and beyond."

"Lowe's has great customer relation policies. I had left a shopping bag of items outside when I loaded up my lumber. I went back to see if anyone had turned it in. After an exhaustive and thorough search, a manager ( Sarah) on duty took my receipt and went through the security video and replaced my items just before wishing me a merry Christmas. Kudos to the staff at Lowes for going out of their way to help me. Love those guys and this is now my store!"

"Got what we needed but I didn't see any lines open to check out my items only self-help machines. I'm not a fan of using those because they take jobs from cashiers. In the future I'd like to see more full service checkout lines open."
