"Beyond horrible. If I could give zero I would .Returned a replacement phone per exact instructions from employee the same day I received it. Still waiting on my $200 that I paid for replacement phone. No supervisor will return my call. All representatives just inform me situation is escalated. This was 6 weeks ago."
"Brad was an example of an excellent service technician. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient."
"They told on the phone then when I got to best buy in Florence KY they said they couldn't help didn't even look at my device, quick no can't help you good bye not even a full min."
"They were nice and the man who came was helpful were we needed an additional cord and he went to get it and came right back and now we have a computer, however best buy gave us wrong information and we spent over $200 on things that were not necessary"
"Order #52100324 installed July 17, 2019 The technician sent to deliver and install our washer and dryer refused to install the periscope vent I purchased because he claimed it would clog. Instead he installed the round vent hose which made it impossible to set the units back far enough to open and close our door that leads to our garage. Upon my own inspection of his shoddy work I noticed that not only had he completely kinked the dryer vent hose which could potentially start a house fire but he never put a locking ring where the vent and dryer meet. Also when wiring the electric dryer he left the live wires exposed to sharp metal that would have eventually cut through them causing a short or a fire."
