"I had a coolant hose issue with my E90 328xi, after calling the BMW Store and them wanting to wait 2-3 days to even look at my car to diagnose anything, I decided to call Bavarian Motor Service. Terra was so incredibly kind and informative. Nothing was mentioned from the BMW store about driving the car with no coolant but Terra made sure to tell me not to drive it anywhere to not cause any additional damage. After getting it down there, it took them almost exactly 24 hours to get my car back to me and for a cost that was completely reasonable (Costed less than the tow itself). I could not be happier with the services provided and will (unfortunately) be back again when the next issue arises."
