"Took my car in on Saturday 10/21/23 for oil change and tire rotation and got my car back in less than 30 minutes which seems great, but I know for a fact the tires were not rotated because I marked the wheels before taking it in and I have reason to believe that the oil change was not completed because the oil was still dirty and no indications that it had been touched. I try to call the service department today 10/23/23 and leave a voicemail message for the service manager and no call back all day. Just tried to call again to speak to anyone but just goes to voicemail. This is just one of many issues I have had with Tom Gill."
