Keith, Tyler, and Trevor were all very informative and explained all things to me in terms I could easily grasp. When my issue originally couldn't be replicated by the tech Trevor, they gave me a call to offer that I come drive to see if I could recreate the problem myself. Previous shops I had gone to did not offer this to me, so the want to help and inform is extremely appreciated by me!
