"workers were friendly but did not do as they explained to me as far as sending off my phone. They took the whole time it was supposed to be sent to Dayton and actually kept it there to work on. Which did not work and inevertainly cracked the screen which caused the screen to only make 50% contact.. they did refund my money.. but now I am out of a phone. A two week adventure for something that should have only been 2 hours to 2 days. And still w/o phone =("
