"Very rude and way over priced I would not recommend going there for anything the way the “owner talks to potential customers“ I was at the dealership purchasing a bmw and the previous owner took it to this shop since day one when he purchased it new, so I figured I would take it to a shop that’s been working on it since day. I called to get a estimate on a tuneup/ timing chain replaced and the “owner” said you don’t have to change it at 90k. I worked around machines for a living I can tell what’s wrong dude was rude from then jump said he wasn’t going to waste his time on something I wasn’t sure about purchasing, I told him I have the check in hand and I was wanting to know what the cost was for that, a water pump replaced as well as a tune. Dude act like he was to good and stated I don’t even know the model and I told him I could give him the vin number if the car and didn’t care. He stated his hourly rate was 155 per hour! I would not go there or do any business with people like that if they treat a person like and don’t care that means they won’t care about your car! Save your money and go elsewhere!"
