"Best One Tire has taken care of me numerous times over the past few years. With an hours of getting nails in my tires, which seems to happen to me frequently, they work me in and fix my tire so quickly! I am sharing this experience today, because something incredible happened to me. My vehicle started shaking this week and I panicked and pulled into the first random tire shop that I saw. This tire shop quoted me $1200 and told me I needed a new front axle. The next day I took my car to Best One Tire in a panic, and they gave it a full inspection. It turns out I do not need a new axle and only need a rotation to fix my alignment. Shame on the other “tire business” for trying to rip me off!!! Megan is truly a gift to this facility. I watched her work for nearly an hour. She is so patient with customers and is probably one of the best multi-taskers I have ever seen! She listened to me share my hardships and fear that my car was going to be extremely expensive to repair. She kept me calm and assured me that they would work with me no matter what the problem was. I will never ever ever again take my car to anyone else. Thank you Megan for being such a kind person and doing such an excellent job! I would refer this business to anyone!"

"Me or any of my family will not be visiting Best one tire ever again after what they did to my daughter... took it in just for a front alignment because I just installed inner and outer tie rods. They said 110.00. So she came in on her appointment. They told her the lower ball joints are bad and need replaced. So she called me and I talked with the woman about the car. She informed me of situation and handed the phone to the tech. I told him to go ahead and replace the bottom ball joint on both sides then align it. Then my daughter called me saying the bill is almost 700 dollars. So I called and asked why the bills was so high. She automatically got very rude and said you approved the amount and lied to me. She never gave me the amount. If I knew it was that much I would of done it myself. They charged 500 labor to install the ball joints and double the price of the parts it self. They are very rude and I suggest looking other areas of service. Because it definitely isn't like it use to be with the original owners...."

"My daughter popped a tire on her way back to Richmond from Dayton Airport a few days ago. Megan and the Best One Tire team were amazing and took care of her! They are honest, and trustworthy with great customer service. I’m at peace knowing my daughter now has someone she can trust taking her car to while at school."

"Clint saved me an extra $125 on a set of Michelin Pilot Sport All-Seasons by being proactive. I was going to order them from Tire Rack and have them dropped shipped to Best One. Most places would have just stopped there and said OK. By ordering from Clint and having them mounted there, I was able to save $50 along with a $75 rebate. I also got a coupon for a free turkey from Kroger! Wow! These folks are great. 10/10 will be back again."
