"This past weekend (2/17/2024) I had an emergent situation arise as I was visiting Richmond from Kettering, Ohio. I was an hour away from home and my car was stopped on the side of 40 about .2 miles from Firestone. I could literally see the building from where I was sitting. Their team went above and beyond in 3 different ways during the day to get my car fixed and me back on the road to home. Jeff, Gary and Team treated me with kindness and respect and the situation was more peaceful than it could have been. I am grateful for this team and their support during this emergency situation! We need more teams like yours out there these days!"

"Called them today(Saturday) at 1pm asking to get two tires I already had mounted and balanced. They got me in at 2pm SAME DAY and had me in and out with what I asked and a full inspection by 245pm. Awesome staff, great service. Will definitely use again and recommend."
