"I live here currently under the new management. I have been harassed by a neighbor for months, called management numerous times and never even received a call back. Horrific experience. Do not move here."

"Lived here for a full year, halfway through the management switched and they didn’t have my lease on file. New management decided to add gazebos and a “dog park”. The gazebos are directly in front of half the apartments. The “dog park” is gravel that can be easily tripped on when walking inside. The fence is too big to contain my dog. Parking lot has way too many potholes and bumps, which makes it incredibly difficult to drive on. Apartment itself was truly just okay. Felt like a jail cell, to be honest. The new lease price is wayyy too expensive for what you’re getting. Originally I was paying $750. There was (prob still is) a massive mold problem in my ac unit. The humidity levels was uncomfortably high. After being moved out for 4 months now, I would never want to go back there ever again. I still have not received my security deposit back, which should have been via echeck. I have called every number I could many times and no one is picking up. Terrible management. Terrible apartments."

"After rewriting this review 3 times, I can only say my experience here over the last two years went from decent to great to horrible. New owners have cameras that face towards your door (there’s a few cameras per building) but won’t put any money into making the parking lot better. Yet they want to monitor when we go in and out? Creepy. No lights in the parking lots at all, rent is too high for the space and value , the only thing I like truly is the apartments are nicely updated and furniture is an additional add on in rent. The setting is perfect, off the street, but after the car wash came in, it’s been meh (not their fault tho, just worth a mention.) All and all, the place is far from perfect but the cameras you have watching me going in and out of my apartment is a little excessive. Maybe invest in putting those cameras in your parking lot. Will not be renewing this year. EDIT SEP 5 2023: going to add customer service here is beyond awful with this company. Took us two months to get our security deposit back. Told us “we didn’t have a forwarding address” when we put it ON OUR VACANCY FORM. we have a copy of it!! this company is trash and the people that run it are rude and don’t truly care about their tenants. one star it is."

"Recently renovated but, has many many many issues. Have never been without a pest problem. Carpenter ants in summer, drain flies, mice, and most recently roaches that are coming out of the large holes in the walls under the sinks. When I first moved in I couldn't get wifi because they attached the cable connector with silicone having the silicone go over the wires. The bathtubs are painted in the renovated rooms, they're replacing my whole tub next week because the plumbers couldn't get it off with paint thinner. The oven and stove begin smoking on their own when you go above medium heat. The bathroom ceiling secrets a oily orange substance when even a little humid. The water itself has a strange smell and a slick oily texture to it. There's absolutely no lighting in the parking lot and the lights on the outside of the building constantly flicker and go out. There's no dishwasher or garbage disposal. Recently I had a neighbor move in that screams at sundown. Livable, but at what cost?"
