"I'm a new resident at Ravenswood Apartments in Stow, OH (August 2022). From the first contact I had with the property manager, (Karen), to the leasing specialist, (Simone), and the property maintenance gentleman, (Jeff), they have made me feel welcome, and I've appreciated their assistance answering any questions I may have. My apartment was clean and newly painted prior to my move-in. The neighbors I've met so far have also been friendly. I'm pleased and appreciative of the opportunity I have to live here."

"New property manager is certainly not what past tenants would have been used to with good service. The team currently running this location seem to not care very much for the tenants who've already been here, they only seem to cater to the new incoming applicants and that service stops there very quick. Do not expect anything needing done in the apartment for quite a while if it ever gets done at all. I would certainly recommend talking with older tenants to get a feel for how you'll actually be treated after the initial honeymoon."

"We've lived here for just over a year so far. The property management team has always responded quickly and effectively to any of our maintenance concerns and our questions. They kept health and safety in mind while the pandemic has been a concern. Everyone on the team who has entered our home has been friendly, respectful, and helpful. Overall we're extremely happy here and have no plans to move"

"I lived in these apartments for a year and was super grateful for the staff! Christine was super helpful in the entire move in process and really helped me out when some confusion arose from the electric provider. The entire building was very clean and the neighbors were really quiet. Not much noises were heard after 10 pm on both the weekdays and weekends. The pool and laundry faculties are conveniently close and in great condition. When asking for maintenance they are usually there within 10 minutes to 2 hours especially after move-in! This was my first apartment alone and it made my family a little apprehensive. But after meeting the staff and experiencing the community it put their minds at ease. Overall, super happy with my experience here and so was my family!"
