"I came home today on my lunch to find My door was just wide open with someone else’s keys in it. No one was here ….. I left and went back to work. I just got home at 430 and my door was still! wide open with the same keys in it and no one is here. You mean to tell me my apartment sat here all day just wide open like that!!??? that is so unprofessional and unethical. I’ve been a great tenant and I’ve never said a word never missed a payment but this is absolutely ridiculous. You can do your maintenance and just come into peoples homes as you please and that is one thing that I’ve never liked about this place but this? At least have the decency to lock peoples doors if you leave and need to come back????? What in the world!???? I saw that you were going to be doing a scheduled maintenance today that’s fine (whatever) but don’t just leave peoples doors wide-open like that….. that is extremely disrespectful and rude. Not only did they do this, but after I moved out, I didn’t get one penny of my security deposit back, and I did nothing to the apartment, except for normal wear and tear I would not trust these people with your living space, and I definitely would not trust them with your money. They are are not BBB accredited, so not only when you email them in regards to issues do they just ignore you they do not respond at all to BBB complaints when you file them because they literally are not accredited which means they do not care about their clients whatsoever. I would definitely go somewhere else if you can."

"DO NOT expect all of your security deposit back when you move out. They will find something to charge you with even if it was not your fault. A maintenance worker broke the blinds in my place when I lived there and when I moved out, they charged me $50 for new plastic cheap blinds! It will take maintenance forever to fix anything in your place and expect it to break again within a few weeks or less. When I moved into here last summer, they had the gym and pool closed for most of the summer so I could not use the amenities. Gym is very small and the pool was usually never cleaned and maintained. The grass was always left all over the place and never cleaned either. Most of the time it looked like a forest because the grass takes forever to get cut. There is also no leasing office here if you need to talk to property managers in person. There is also no parking here either. I had to park far away from my place and walk which was not fun in the winter. People also leave their cars in the best spots for days to a week, so good luck parking close to your townhome. Property managers usually did not help and never fixed my AC issue in my place. It was always hot in my room and the AC never traveled upstairs. The downstairs is freezing cold and upstairs is very hot. It looks visually appealing from the outside and inside, but the lack of quality maintenance and property managers are subpar at best. Would not recommend living here."

"I have lived here for 5 years. Really great place amazing price for the value. Great staff. Most of all very safe for children and overall in general. Quiet community with plenty of parking. Great school distract. 5 Star living at a price that's affordable. High quality amenities. I love the gym and the pool. Top notch."

"This place is well maintained with a leasing office that is easy to get in contact with. Pet friendly, parking sometimes can feel limited, but the location makes access to many areas so easy. Every apartment complex has its ups & downs but it's a nice spot to call home. Well suited for the young & busy, whether young professionals or students. The pool & gym are also nice features."

"I complained of my closet smelling like cat pee shortly after I moved in (I don’t have a cat) and it was never carpet cleaned like they said it would be. The plumbing is ridiculous: The toilet leaked from the base when we moved in, which was fixed but now it runs constantly. The dishwasher floods if you run the washer or the shower or the sink at the same time. I’ve had maintenance come out multiple times for this and they blame the disposal being full. 1) Not true 2) Not sure why that would cause the toilet to flood to the point of leaking through to the main floor’s ceiling causing paint damage. The air conditioning and heat does not reach the master even after maintenance came out to look at it. The master balcony was a “hazard” and I couldn’t walk out on it for the first 2 months I lived there. The paint comes off when trying to wash off any dirt, even with a wash cloth and soap. They have one trash service on the complete opposite side of the complex and the compactor was down for a while, YET they still have the audacity to fine you $25 if any trash is seen on your doorstep or back porch. The parking lot has been falling apart for a while. Everyone parks in super inconvenient places because the lot is often full at night I’ve lived here 2 years and have never seen the volleyball court re-sanded or even cleaned and everyone’s kids leave their toys in it. The pool is dirty, the gym is filled with cobwebs. Everything in and around the apartment is cheaply made but they’ll fine you if it’s broken when you move out anyway. You also get to pay about $1000 a month for all this."
