"The apts are a bit dreary, and maintenance isn't very good"
"They will start eviction after 3 days late with rent even if your dad and room mate is dying. The place is over 40 years old and they still think 30 year old air conditioners are more efficient than ones made in 2022. Be prepared for multiple maintenance people, they work so hard because everything breaks because it’s old and cheap. They eventually quit.."
