"Lived there for 3 years. Landlord is there so much he becomes a nusense with all the shotty work he is doing on everything. Also be prepared to not get your security deposit back in full no matter how much you clean. He will make up random things to dock return check."

"I just re-signed my lease for the second year. I’m not sure what was going on with the person who said she paid $50-60 per month on water/sewer. I’ve never paid much more than $30, which to me seems totally reasonable. The management is awesome and the grounds are kept beautiful. You get your own 1-car garage. My unit has washer and dryer hookups (and even washing clothes 1-2 times a week I don’t get near $50-60 water bills). Any time there’s been a problem, it’s been fixed promptly. The management worked with me on my daughter’s emotional support animal and gave me no trouble about it. When I re-signed, my rent only increased by $10. The only downside I can think of is none of the utilities are included, but this place is pretty well insulated. Gas heat, electric central air. The gas bill is non-existent during the summer because only the heater runs on gas. The appliances are very nice, if a bit dated in my unit. But hey if it’s not broke don’t fix it! These apartments really do feel like a house. Literally the only issue I’ve had here is noise from upstairs, but I can’t blame that on the apartment. It was super quiet with the old neighbors."

"I have lived here for the past 2 years and honestly have not really had any issues. I pretty much keep to myself, as do most of the people around here. It quiet and in the winter time, they always keep the sidewalks snow free and salted! If you have an issue and need something fixed, it is done in a timely manor. I must say that sometimes the lawn care is done in the evenings and not really around the best time but that is minor in my opinion. As for that woman going off about the water/sewage bill, shes being a bit ridiculous. I have a 1 bd 1 ba and my water bill every month has been between $25 and $35 which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. All in all I have had a good experience here and have recommended people to live here. I am not sure if you get your deposit back but i'll be finding out sooner than later."

"I wish I could give this property zero stars. This is literally one of the worst places I have ever lived due to management. The apartments and grounds are nice but expect to pay $60 - $80 per month for water/sewer. Yes, you read that correctly. PER MONTH! For a one bedroom apartment! The water and sewer is not billed by the Stow Water Department but instead by the Landlords company. Guess what that means? He can charge you an arm and leg every single month, which he will. Many tenants complain but nothing happens. Also, don't expect your security deposit when you move out. My apartment was left in great condition. I even received a "9 out of 10" from the landlord during our walk through but none of that mattered. I received a measly $142 in return. All because I had too many "small nail holes" and "some wear on carpet by the entrance" (ya know, where you take your shoes off). At the end of the day, if you like to take showers, wash your clothes and wash dishes, don't live here. You'll be angry every single month when you get that water/sewer bill."
