"I would give 0 stars if I could because it was not a pleasant experience living here. The women who work in the office are some of the rudest people you will meet. They were racist and discriminatory towards me making very rude comments and have really bad attitudes. It is obvious they don’t care about their tenants at all besides the ones they show favoritism to. One of the office workers I believe it was the property management when I tried to call with a concern she said “I have stuff to do” rushing me off the phone and proceeded to hang up on me. The owner was not much help with how his staff treats people and how they make minorities feel unwelcome and unheard either even after all the bad reviews they continue to receive. The apartment itself is decent because I received one of the renovated units and the rent is cheap. There is no central air unit only air conditioners in the apartment which work pretty good. However, there was mold looking stuff dripping from the ceilings and dripping down to the kitchen which was a health hazard. If you have no issues then you will be fine living there but if you have to deal with management then good luck. If you do have issues they will not pass your complaints on to the landlord so I would suggest reaching out to botnick realty yourself even though they aren’t much help either."

"Lived here for 3 years. I would give 0 stars if I could. The amount of space is nice but it does nothing when the leasing office, property manager, maintenance, and everybody is rude and doesn’t care about tenants. The apartment you are shown when touring is not what you’ll get..had a broken door for 3 years and excuses were constantly made saying it would be fixed but it wasn’t. Whenever it was time to fix anything in the unit it took them weeks or months to fulfill any maintenance orders. They also never keep track of parking so there’s never any spots at night. The leasing ladies come in late and leave early..i even saw one of them bring their dog into the office for weeks straight like it was some sort of hangout spot…ridiculous. The toilets constantly clogged and instead of just fixing it they would blame us because we’re females and said we put tampons in the toilet (which we never did) then later would say its the plumbing…they would scrape the paint off the toilets trying to unclog them and leave them looking terrible. The leasing ladies Alison and Paula are by far the laziest, rudest, sorriest excuse for property managers.. they take weeks to reply to emails or dont reply at all, for lack of better words they are completel a**holes. The maintenance team will leave things falling apart in your apartment and one year when they tried plowing the sidewalk they pushed the snow towards the cars and ice cracked my windshield… Poor communication, poor care for tenants, safety hazards all throughout the home…i would be surprised if this complex lasts another 5 years. they need to be shut down or the whole staff should be fired. Advice? keep your money and never ever rent here"

"I’ve lived here for 2 years and can tell you with full confidence that these lady’s in the office do not care about or respect you or your standard of living. These people literally cut a wire and disconnected all power from my apartment and never even called me to let me know. I was at work all day and came back to all my groceries warm, and to make things worse, I HAD to call the electric company myself and handle everything bc they had already left the office. Electric company never came. Still don’t have power. I promise you will regret leasing here. You have been warned…"

"Been living here over a year and it's not a bad place, especially for the price of rent. I got a recently renovated apartment and it's nice. Parking can be a nightmare, but it's not near as bad as people complain about. Laundromat is small, just go during the weekdays or during party hours and you'll have it to yourself. Maintenance has always been really nice and gotten back to us quick. I'm not sure about the women in the office everyone complains about. I really only contact via email and I haven't had any issues. I can see it being a nightmare if you have horrible neighbors, but that will happen just about anywhere you go. Overall positive experience so far."

"The front staff isn't super friendly but the apartments are affordable and fairly priced. The maintenance guy was always friendly and fixed things within a few days. The month to month price is great for college students and I even received my deposit back in a timely manner after I moved out. We lived here for 7 years but had to move due to terrible neighbors. The front staff won't do anything if your neighbors are a nightmare. Also the price of the apartments increased by over $270 per month in the time we were there. Be aware that utilities are split between everyone in the building. They don't tell you that. But i noticed a huge spike in our heating and water when we got new neighbors. The bottom floor has almost no insulation at all, making the living room useless in the winter unless your heater is on blast. However, I would still recommend the apartments overall."
