"Rented a room for me and my worker for a week first room lock on front door didn't lock towels and blankets dirty ... Floors not cleaned... Service as far as house cleaning.. saw no one here all week.. was not given clean towels after requesting them.. but the manager will come into your room everyday and look around your room. Breakfast is horrible.. stay at a lot of hotels and I understand it's not a high priced hotel.. but it should be clean... We are here for the rest of the month working... We will be moving across the street....I don't recommend staying here...also saw a veteran kicked out over a argument about his service dog.... That really pisses me off... Over charged on rooms and deposits... And given printed receipts... Price changes from worker to worker.charged for a safe u don't use... all kinds of hidden fees...just bad business.....I have a ten man (person )crew. We all going across the street.....it's all bad go somewhere anywhere else..."

"I highly recommend this hotel over all other hotels in the Brimfield cluster. They are inexpensive, yet much higher quality. Everything was up to par and the staff was very kind. They didn't harass us during check out, and they had a healthy and filling breakfast in the am. The wifi was impeccable and there was a very large "smart" mirror that lit up very bright, that allowed me to see everything much better to get ready. I felt far more confident about my appearance thanks to this. We had a financial situation and the staff was very understanding and I will be telling all my friends and family that this is where it's at for the Kent Brimfield cluster."

"The guy who checked me in at night was great. But the next morning I went to pay for another night and was told I had to wait til 3 coz that's the check in time, even though I already had the room. Then I was told I couldn't get another room because management seen 3 people in the room which was false. This is the worse customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was really inconvenient for me to have to switch hotels."

"Came to visit from out of state and needed an affordable place to stay for a couple nights. Neel at the front was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, it smelled good, beds were clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the other amenities to review on but I would recommend and return again."

"My mother called ahead of time to book a handicap accessible room with two beds. She was told the building was only one story. When we arrived we noticed it was two stories tall. She was told that the handicap room only had one bed but she could upgrade to a two bedroom option. We drove for ten hours to get there. So, my mom paid for the upgrade. Then had to rescan her card for a security deposit in case they later found damages. Upon getting the card key to the door we found the door was broken and difficult to open. Once inside the room we noticed there were two hand towels and two body towels. I went to the front desk to request more towels since there were three people staying in that room and the receptionist snapped at me saying I could only have one more towel. As I was leaving the office, another guy asked for a towel and the receptionist replied he would have to wait until someone could bring the towels to his room. There was no one else waiting, so I don't understand her unwillingness to go back to the backroom and get the man some towels. We were told that this new room had handicap railing in the bath. It did not. The soap area has a small decorative pipe approximately an inch long, but not a railing for an elderly person to use to sit or stand. The basin required my sister to assist my mother with entering and exiting the tub each time, instead of the handicap access we were told at the desk when switching rooms. We noticed the toilet seat was busted and the next day asked the front desk if they could fix the door to our room. They said the handyman had the day off, but we could move to a room on the second floor. We turned down the room and dealt with the door for the rest of the stay. They advertise a "Continental Breakfast". But in actuality, it was breakfast cereal and packaged crackers on a counter. No milk or coffee was available when we visited. The building is showing signs of rusting. There is a camera in the pool area, though the gate is locked during the morning. There are no hours posted that I could see at the pool. Just a large "CLOSED" sign. There is an exercise room, but you need a separate key to unlock it. I never saw anyone going in. They have coin operated washing and drying machines. But only one of each machine for the whole hotel. Also an ice machine and Coke machine. The beds were uncomfortable. No one came for our linens or to change the sheets during the three days and two nights we stayed there. We had leave our wet towels on the sink counter. The ground floor is warped, as though the place was flooded and nobody changed the floor. Really, if you can sleep in your car, it would be a better choice than staying here. A rest stop would be a better choice. A gas station with a shower is a better choice. This place was horrible. I don't often give bad reviews unless they are warranted. And this place earned it."
