"Lived here for two years. The apartments themselves are alright (some are freshly renovated and some aren’t). Parking rules aren’t enforced, so the lots fill up with non-residents quickly. Management is pretty unresponsive and takes a while to respond to questions. We asked about the status of our security deposit, and instead of just telling us they used it for renovations to the apartment, they told us it was on the way and we would receive it soon. We probably wouldn’t have even been told the security deposit was used up unless we reached out first."
