"I was misinformed about rent increases before I moved in. I wouldn’t have signed my lease if I had any idea of the outrageous rent increase. The lease agent who seems so sweet is a liar. Off by approximately 229.00 per month unexpectedly and had 14 days to renew. I specifically asked and was told 3%. When I questioned the leasing about this Laney told me that there was a new renewal policy. I have been here for two years and only had a 14 day notice. I was then told the average rent increase across Ohio was up to 8 1/2 percent increase. That is not true. I am in Brimfield and the average rent increase was 3.8 % across the state except for Cincinnati which was 8 % and Columbus at 5.8 %. These have amenities and we have none. No clubhouse or pool etc. be EXTREMELY careful if you decide to move in here.."
"Love it here! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Lanie has been incredible!! Throughout the whole process she was helpful and very kind. She explained everything very well and made us feel comfortable living here. Lanie is such a sweet soul, she’s been the best! I’m glad to have such a good experience!"

"Just helped a family member find and move into the Redwood. Lanie has been great getting them settled, answering questions, addressing any issues/concerns and just making us feel good about our decision. Dave, leads the maintenance team, and he's always smiling, positive and has a "no worries"..."we can take care of that approach". We had a problem with the fridge and Dave was amazing in finding a new fridge within 24 hours, delivering and setting up. Feel good to have our family member living here. Thank you."

She made the whole experience very easy-going, she was very responsive to all the questions and concerns, always on top of all the updates and provided especial attention before, during and after the application. We love our new home and the professionalism of the leasing professionals. Even after completing the move in, she keeps checking in to make sure everything is going well, and we are loving our new place.
