"Currently live here hate it they moved me in with trash on the floor roaches in my dishwasher asked for a new one they told me I had to clean it out myself. I have been calling for months for them to come out and fix my kitchen sink and to replace my light bulbs my fire alarm need batteries my bathroom sink and tub stop up had to fix it myself. I don’t recommend these apartments I’m so ready to move I hate it here…"

"I applied July 2018 and would call to check on my application, the lady in the office would give me the run around. It is now Jan 2019 and something told me to call and now all of a sudden my application “isn’t in the system”. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this property the staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and told me I have to fill out a new app so I’ve been waiting around this whole time for nothing when it’s THEIR fault. You would be better off going through CMHA honestly. The hassle is not worth it."

"Currently living here and I hate it.I don't pay rent to live with bugs and mice. Only been here for 4 months and I'm looking to move. Every month their landscaping company cut my Internet/cable lines when they are clearly visible in the back yard. They will tow your car and your vistors car (no overnight visitors) and charge you $140 to get it back. Management sucks. The Security is a joke. Maintenance never fix anything, my basement lights don't work, My tube has been clogged since I moved in (slow drainage), The water pressure in the kitchen sucks, and the closet doors in my children rooms are jammed. There is nothing over here for the kids to do so they often hang out in the middle of the streets and sit on top of the mail boxes. Your not allowed to grill on your patio or put up screens to stop the bugs for coming into your home. The office is never open when its supposed to be. I was really excited about moving here but now I'm over it and im ready to move."
