"Very cool ArBnB & They also have apartments for rent. It's in the old wearhouse district. So it is an old wearhouse that has been renovated for modern living. I really like the architecture with it's brick walls and open floor plans. Not to mention great views of downtown and lakes Erie. Also they open the roof during the airshow which is just an added perk."

"Bill and Carrie are the only good things about this place. Questionable ownership. Very little, if no insulation. Overpriced. Much better apartments for your money. Also, much better insulated. We found rusty nails left in our apartment. Our closet fell and broke many valuables that cannot be replaced. The closet collapsed without being too heavy. We were promised a door on the extra room, that was never brought in. The windows leak. The noise is extreme in Summer. NO amenities. Pay a little more and go to a quality loft and living space. The one elevator goes out, and when you live on a top floor, that’s unacceptable. Get ready to hear your neighbors talking, and every single move they make. (The Building is eight stories high.) Many of the windows are old and drafty. Residents are much more friendly at other high end places."
