"I went to help a family that had an electrical fire and they had to be temporarily placed in a hotel. They mentioned that management did not offer them another place to stay. Today, 1/24/24 on Channel 19 news troubleshooting episode a tenant has a huge hole in her ceiling and management said the earliest the work will get done is sometime in February. This is completely unacceptable. When the reporter went to the manager they refused to talk with them. Corporate is completely responsible for the conditions at this complex. I have a suggestion! Why doesn’t corporate and management live at the site to get a first hand experience on the conditions of this apartment complex. Where is the compassion? So sad that people don’t know how bad it can be before they move their belongings in."

"I moved in with my fiancé a year ago. This place is so disgusting and horrible. It has mice, bed bugs, roaches small and the huge flying ones. Was even on the news for how bad it is here. Damn near everyone on both sides of these apartments have left. When u call the office to let them know something is wrong in your unit they never get to it. Maintenance be asking to use your tools when they ain’t got their own. My cousins sink was broken for half a year before they fixed it. Her window been broken for 6 months nobody has came to fix it. Children are getting sick because of the black mold in all the apartments. The pluming sucks. They never inform u or they inform u late when they Turning off the water. When it rains the parking lot floods and stays flooded for weeks until they get somebody to drain it. Has washers and dryers but they are infested with mold too. The office people come in your house when your gone. They charge hella rent only to not be using it for what’s it for. People sell anything and everything out these apartments. Swat has been here like 6 times. This place needs to be torn down."

"Baddddddddddddd mice problem to the pointy he mice would bite their way through anyway! They’re everywhere bathtub dressers and even beds yes me and my child was sleep ! And one was on it way up disgusting . My nephew got bit by one and the staff did not care office manager have to be constantly replaced because money was coming up short just over all bad move bad place to live especially with kids"

"If I could give no stars I would this place is terrible they have extremely bad mice problems not safe for kids or pregnant woman. They frequently loose rent payments and management are none caring a Sharon at the front desk never remembers things and has a nasty attitude Linda the head is never there and does not care about none of the issues in the apartment. Kids that live there do what ever they please to the outside and inside and all keys work to other apartments"

"They fail to give 24 hours notice before repairs or window replacement as required by law. Poor bookkeeping; told rent was late 3 months this year had to prove them wrong. Maintenance has no tools and try to "borrow" yours. Parking lot is crumbling AGAIN, but they pour a concrete for a BBQ pit uh nice priorities. Gotten worse the last few years. Mice problems in the past."
