"Overall, it is a good place to live. For the price range and the area, you get more than what you pay for. Gym is probably the best, considering this. Being slightly off downtown makes it significantly safer with all the perks at walking distance."

"Just moved in, the move was easy and I love my apartment~ plenty of closet space, came with lots of furniture, drawers, couch, bed, TV. Everyone has been nice and helpful. A bit of disrepair through the YMCA entrance which makes sense since it's closed. My cat is starting to warm up to it already :D"

"Disappointing, they will tell you they have a unit available just to get you to sign up and pay the $175 application fee, then when it comes to it they don’t have any availability till August 8th. Definitely don’t waste your money or time on the application fee here cause that’s as far as you’ll get. Also the apartments are very small one room shoeboxes in a run down abandoned ymca, yet they are asking almost 1000 a month to students. Pretty sad. Definitely check into the other options in the neighborhood before you go here."
