"I’ve lived in this building for years and since the new owners have taken over I’ve been without hot water so many times I’ve lost count, they tell me the pilot light went out on the hot water tank. Then explain to me then if that keeps happening why the problem is not resolved? I am sick of not being able to shower or wash dishes in the evening, and if it’s a weekend? Too bad you’re stuck that way until Monday. There are so many other things I could add but this has definitely been the worst as soon as I am able I will move out! Do not move here!"
"Love the history behind our new home. Also The manager Crystol was beyond helpful during the entire process! Looking for your next home come here plus we have garage parking and right next to downtown walking distance!"
"I lived in these apartments my entire stay in Cleveland- and LOVED it! Maintenance is fast, efficient, and friendly. Office staff goes above and beyond with any and everything!! Great location, secure parking (never any issues in 3+ years). Never any issues with safety or bugs. I truly loved my entire experience and if I ever return to Cleveland, I would return to Stockbridge!!"
"Only leaving 1 star because it's the only way I can post this comment...I just moved in 2 months ago, from the beginning, management is unprofessional and responds to calls in an untimely manner. I have had the WORST time trying to receive help both in office (they're barely here) or over the phone (they barely answer). As a resident we pay monthly for parking in a "secure" lot out back. Today I realize my gate opener isn't working. Two other residents try theirs before we realize it's the GATE that is broken..No way in or out of the lot. Residents received NO communication that the gate was broken/being fixed, etc. I called the office twice and was sent to voicemail each time. When I finally gave up and went inside, I see that the office is fully staffed. Our maintenance man walked into the office and told them he is leaving the gate open for the day/night so residents don't get stuck like me...Management laughed and responded, "Oh that's okay, I mean if anyone wanted to break in they would just hop the fence anyways", followed by more laughter...WHY am I paying for parking here? This lease couldn't end sooner...Take your money elsewhere. **Update- Lease finally ended at the end of May, so glad to be out of here. If you have ANY other options, go there and avoid this apartment at all costs. Terrible staff and management, horribly unprofessional, hardly any amenities and the ones they do offer are unkept. There was never any communication to residents about maintenance, cars got broken into weekly in the "secure" lot, the gate to this lot was also broken/stuck more times than it was actually fully functioning. I sent multiple emails and made multiple calls to the office regarding parking issues and NEVER received one reply. Sorry for the lengthy review but I am trying to give an honest opinion to other CSU students who may consider living here simply for location. Take your money literally anywhere else."
"I lived at the Stockbridge a whole year. I moved out in September. From the get go it wasn't too bad I have a renovated 1 bedroom all utilities included etc. Over the course of the year it became the worst living experience I have ever had. From the laundry card machine not working, to the washer and dryer taking money off my card then not working. The worst of it was definitely the parking. I complained about the garage door not shutting which it barely ever did, driving a pretty nice newer vehicle it was annoying knowing the garage was not secure. I constantly sent emails being told it would be fixed..and I can say it was the same it was the day I moved in. The maintenance people are nice but never on site so thats a downfall. They also were not very professional at all from the garage to the laundry to the mail. Also if you move in I promise you, you will be receiving mail from the previous tenant for your whole stay as I do. My mailbox was constantly full with stuff that wasnt mine. Overall they are very unprofessional regardless how nice you are. I sent many emails asking information about the door etc which was never fixed correctly. Also when I moved in there were assigned parking spots which they decided to change without letting any of the tenants know. They also demanded apartment walk through more than once to "map the room" which I allowed them to once then they requested it again..like what were you doing the first time. Lastly the security deposit they automatically take 70 out for carpet cleaning which I dont understand why the tenant should be responsible for that if their are no stains or anything. Within the agreement is says within 30 days and they were over that amount when I received it. I personally would not suggest living here."
