"Nasty & so dirty waste of money"

"Dont do it!!! Dont do it!!! Dont do it... Mise,Rats, i was in the loundry room washing and seen mise on a daily...seen a rat runing down the hallways...Gate always broken cars been broken into...I had a dead rat under my vent in the apartment...then a week later another rat in my house...did i forget to mention roaches...They know all this stuff is there and the landlord dont tell you anything about rats she just want the money..."

"This apt complex is distguisting no heat or it frequently breaks down 2 bedroom 650 to live with rats and roaches Maintenance guy mr norris threatens tenants with family members ,and curses at them. dark hallways not enough lighting, parking lot not secure, gates always broken.you have to call manager to get apt exterminated and with no notice ,only kitchen and bathrooms. You are not given notice for any repairs or exterminatings. Exterminator came in my apt unannounced and had a master key but does not work in maintenance dept.i am handicapped he did not even give me a chance to get to door just walked in."

"The maintenance men are theives and go in the tenant's apartment when they are not home and still items and will stage a break-in to make it look like someone broke into the apartment. This stuff has been reported to the office but the property manager fails to listen to the tenants. There have been numerous reports of money coming up missing out of the tenant's apartment. The building is in horrible condition and nothing ever gets fixed because the maintenance man are too busy going in the Residence Apartments and stealing their items and also there's been several of sightings of the maintenance guy with the dreads coming here in the middle of the night but not doing any work"
