"Had a bad experience with the roommates. Two bedroom options might be good."
"If it weren't for the disrespectful students working the front desk— I'd rate 5 stars. They don't care about their jobs nor the residents. All they do is sit on their phones and ignore any resident trying to ask for assistance, and then act like little children when they actually have to do anything. I lived here during the beginning of the pandemic and it was good. However, the students working here now are horrible. Graystar needs to do better when hiring them."
"Do not live in these dorms lol. Infested with roaches. Literally I am one of the cleanest people you will ever meet and I have seen so many roaches in my room and it is gross. I am sick of seeing them and I will not be staying in Euclid Commons next year. The place is beautiful but the roaches kill it! My boyfriend is a clean freak and lives on campus and has seen over 50 roaches alone in his dorm. They need to fix this problem because it is disgusting. They can build all these thousands of dollar buildings but can't pay for pest control?!"
"Nice places for the students to live, and very close to all their needs."
"Expensive living, but fair for downtown location. Their covid response was poor, refunding money months after tenants were required to leave. Their mail system is disorganized, sending back one of my packages to sender without notifying me nor providing documentation so that I could get a refund. My experiences with their online email support was poor, I received curt responses if I was to even get a reply."
