"Just moved out about a month ago (moved to a different city). My husband and I stayed there for 3 years. It was a solid experience. First of all, the staff there are great. They are very attentive and all queries/maintenance get answered within the day or so. Keep up the good work crew! Second of all, it was a great deal for the price. The apartments have very modern decor and amenities with ample space. I feel like a lot of the other downtown places you are paying less for an older place or paying more for a newer place that is so much smaller. Thirdly, at least when were lived there our area was very quiet. You only hear people occasionally out in the hallway. Neighbors are normal. Of note, the garage is across the street but this wasn't a deal-breaker for us."

"I have been living here since 2021 and love this place! The apartment is located in a convenient place: in front of a bus station and 5 minutes walk to a grocery store. Though it is in a central downtown area, it is very quite at night. Suites are beautiful and has a lot of bright lights on the ceiling. The current property manager, Diana, is very understanding, considerate and easy to talk to. I hope I can live here as long as I can!"

"I have lived at the Garfield a year and just renewed my lease. The staff-including all the concierges and property manager Diana are all super attentive, kind, and helpful. Whenever I call with a maintenance request, mail question, etc, I get a call back as soon as the office opens. I am super pleased with the amenities the building offers + the design of the apartments. Looking forward to the years to come!!"

"Just moved into the apartment complex and I absolutely love my place! The apartment has huge windows which give plenty of natural light coupled with lovely view of Euclid Ave (including the lights on Terminal Tower at night). The units are modern and cozy. The response on service requests has been very swift. All of the staff, including Diana, Ian and the concierge have been incredibly helpful before and during the move-in process. Diana was extremely professional, friendly and helpful before the move. She was very accommodating and mailed me multiple videos of apartments for a period when I was out of town and wasn’t able to visit the place in person. Ian was very helpful during the move in and assisted with all the issues I had during the move. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in downtown."

"I only just moved in a week ago but my experience here has been wonderful. After leaving a horrible situation at my last apartment, had a VERY long, exhausting apartment hunt with many neighboring properties that just wasted my time and effort. Meeting Diana and the staff at The Garfield has been absolutely amazing. I love how the apartment building is in the hustle & bustle of downtown but still has this "small community" feel to it. It is modernized, the community rooms are great and it is so quiet and peaceful. Everyone greets you, remembers you and is always willing to assist in any situation.
