"Very very bad service, no one listens to you. If they do, they will only come and check things out and leave. They won’t come back. Since the day I arrived nothing is right The bathroom ceiling is dripping, I complained 100 times and still complaining since August bust no one has come till date. The heater is not working in this cold weather and we had to bring our own heater. There are cockroaches everywhere in this apartment. The area is also not clean. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come waste their money in this type of place. I don’t want this give this place 1 star rating, its deserves a 0."
"I am writing this review because these people deserve this worst review so that if anyone plans to get an apartment they change their mind seeing this review. First thing I wanted to mention is their Heaters and Air conditioner they never work and if they work they work only for sometime. secondly most irritating thing is there elevators. All the time they shut one elevator off I don’t understand for what reason Thirdly this issues has been occurring multiple times in a years like almost 2-4 times they shut of the water which is annoying Fourthly laundry service in reserve square is a pain. Most of the machines don’t work and they take almost a month or 2 to get those fixed. The worst part is the management team. They are only worried about your money they are least bothered about the customer satisfaction"
"Originally written 2022, updates 2023. Affordable living but with setbacks. Quick review after >2 yr of living. Pros: affordable, location is great for distance to all places in main city, great natural light in apartment, good downtown or lake views from apt, well equipped gym, asian/indian grocery store and subway on first floor, great response for in-apt maintenance. Cons: Overall not a posh apartment bldg. No in-unit laundry. Leasing/mgt office folks behavior is disturbing, they do not know how to talk to residents, it is a burden on them if you walk in with any issue/question, no response to email queries. Package room closed 2 days a week, other days 12-6:30p which is a pretty limited time window for working people (but kudos to Edmond in the mail room who makes it work). Noisy outdoors since downtown. Elevators are very old, and you have to wait 5 mins in busy hours. Not the safest outdoors to walk after 8 pm although things are getting better every year in downtown with all the funding. Ridiculously expensive parking (180$/mo). The cheaper rent that makes this worth it slowly dissipates as discounts run out and they increase rent. It’s a reasonable first apartment if you aren’t earning a lot or wanna save up. Otherwise way better places to live in the city."
"I moved in to cooperate housing for work. Jocelyne was handling my corporate suite/housing and was very attentive to my questions and was *expedient* on email replies to ensure my comfort and to answer my questions (and I had a lot!). While the building is aging and there is some dated items, they are phasing remodeling to help update the building. The corporate suite I am in is clean, updated, and has clean/new working appliances. Package/mail room staff are quick and organized. Casey is my housekeeper and she did phenomenal! Came home and apartment was spotless, and my dishes were even in the dishwasher! There was a minor issue with towels due to a washer breaking, and Jocelyne and Casey quickly recovered more and hand delivered them to my suite in a timely manner! This is my first time in the this city, and first time living in an apartment and it has been great so far!"
"So moving in here I wasn't given dorm vibes and the unit they showed us was way nicer then the one we moved into. We were supposed to transfer from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom which never happened due to error made by former GM. The laundry room was very annoying having to fight to find a washer/dryer and the trash being all over the floors along with leaking water. I never used the pool when looking at it seeing it was not that clean. The gym equipment was also older and I was disappointed on one of the machines I was using wouldn't allow me to pause my workout. Very gross seeing roaches throughout the laundry room. Security was very bad especially ok grave and didn't know how to turn off fire alarms which would go off for a hour or so very often. Trash was left throughout building in halls and homeless people would sit out front asking me for money. Package room is closed Monday and Tuesday and also only available during their hours if ups doesn't stop delivering again and you gotta go a half hour out of your way if you don't drive costing you 20 dollars for a lyft possibly more plus your time."
