"Lived here multiple years and had a great experience. Building is clean and well-managed (Building Manager Casey is super responsive and approachable/friendly). Apartments are spacious and at a great price. Didn't need maintenance often, but when I did, they responded quick and took care of the issue. Can't beat the location either. Highly recommend 1717!"
"I've been living here for a week and I found the apartment in perfect condition, exactly like in the video that was previously sent to me. Gym, elevators, deliveries, maintenance orders, all working great. Staff and especially the leasing officer Casey are very friendly and helpful."
"This place has been nothing short of amazing, considering the standard I had set since I first walk into this location. Leasing office staff is great and responsive, especially Casey (and especially on the communication aspect). Maintenance is on point, any issue is taken care of instantly. Deliveries are taken care of, thanks to security and amazing neighbors as well. All the location I've visited in the building are always clean! That is something I am particular about. After a long day of work or a week or more away, it always feels great to come back to my (as advertised) apartment. Well lit rooms (especially living room), nice view, and modern touches all around make it all worth it. Would recommend if you are looking for a beautiful place to live with peace of mind in the area."
