The Milton Townhomes 1431 East 15th Street, Cleveland, OH 44114

"I live in the Milton townhouse, administered by GEIS properties, the place is reasonable, but the customer service and surroundings are terrible. Boisterous neighborhood, dangerous and acoustic isolation doesn't work. Snow removal from common areas slow, mailboxes often with the main door left open, tons of snow on the garbage area, garbage area insufficient for the number of dwellers, kitchen furniture low end, and when broken by itself replaced for even lower quality ones. Tickets for fixing things take an eternity, and customer service doesn't get back in a timely fashion if they do care and get back. Geis property's customer service is inefficient and often refuses to escalate issues when brought up by tenants. When my family requests assistance, the maintenance personnel shows up, saying we will be charged if we keep asking for assistance. Double charges that demand hawk-eyed tenants to review invoices constantly. A customer service that doesn't prioritize accounting issues upon indicated by tenants and does not offer proper support, causing enormous inconvenience and back and forth with emails with no solution. Fun fact: I can see some of their employee names here reviewing the property and giving five stars."

"Incredibly updated townhomes with their own attached garage. Walking distance to so much in downtown. People are constantly surprised when I say I have a townhome in the downtown area. The plus for me was how dog friendly it is with a nice sized outdoor pet area right in the middle and several grassy areas around."
