"We've lived at the Avenue, in multiple units, for over five years and couldn't be more pleased in all aspects. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to anywhere downtown but enough on the edge of downtown to not be overly loud or busy. The layout/finishes of each unit are slightly different so you can totally find what is most appealing and necessary for you (also - where else in downtown Cleveland are you going to find such large balcony spaces?). The management team who work ON SITE are amazing. They are highly responsive, quick, capable, and kind. We are thrilled to call The Avenue home and think that you should too! :)"

"The Avenue is in a great location- walkable to any part of the city but in a quiet location near the lake. The building is well maintained and kept clean! The fun deck, as I called it, has a great view into the city! I also can’t say enough about the Leasing Manager, Ryan! He goes above and beyond for his residents and makes the Avenue feel like part of your family!"

"I lived here for two years and it was a great place to live! It’s a great location, downtown but easy to access with minimal surrounding traffic. The residents are all friendly and respectful of each other. It’s a community that likes to spend time together and the management would always organize fun events of the residents (holiday party, breakfast mimosas etc) It’s quiet and I never had any issues with noise. It is also not a crowded building so you are never stuck waiting for the elevator. The building is clean and well maintained. The apartments themselves have great layouts with tons of storage space, which is hard to find in apartments these days. Most importantly the management team, including Jenn, Ryan and Chuck, are all incredible to work with! They are responsive, understanding and always willing to help at all hours of the day! If I wasn’t moving out of the city I would have definitely stayed at the Avenue and highly recommend it to anyone moving to Cleveland!"
