"Best place to live in downtown Cleveland! I'm a young professional, living in a luxury suite @ the 9 and can honestly say that this is the best place to live in Downtown Cleveland. This is a hotel so remember that. Coming from a bigger city, I wanted to be in the midst of the entertainment, and fun. The 9 offers the perfect location, central to freeways and most hot spots, with a hustle and bustle that is enough to excite you but not enough to annoy you. The views are amazing and the 5-star experience extends from the front desk to the bartenders, valets' and management office. Package concierge, room service, and access to all amenities are the icing on top. I looked at the new apartments in the University Circle area, the flats area, as well as the Lumen. None can compare."

"I moved to Cleveland & The 9 from the West Coast for a new job opportunity and at first I wasn't sure what to expect of it all. Fast forward three years, I'm still in this building & plan to stay. It's a quick walk to so many places downtown, including my office, and you really can't beat having a grocery store or rooftop bar in your building. Rebecca & the leasing staff are great and even helped me get situated in another apartment last year with a more compatible layout & tons of natural light. I have no experience with noise, bugs, or any renting horror stories here - if you're considering downtown & aren't looking for massive space, this is a great option."

"Amazing experience living here for the last three years! Nothing but great people! The leasing managers are wonderful to work with, the front desk associates are a joyous group to walk into everyday after a long days work and I couldn’t ask for a better security staff to be around, friendly, efficient, and reasonable! Very clean, luxurious living with great amenities! Love to relax on the rooftop bar Adega or have a great night down at The Vault. The food menu is very appetizing. A prime location with everything you could ask for. Great people and even better fun! Would recommend living or staying here to anyone! Five stars just simply isn’t enough!"

"My husband and I have enjoyed living at The 9 for almost 2 years. We love the location of being in the mix of downtown. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. One of our favorite things about our apartment is the windows, view and functional layout. We have the amenities of living in a 5 star hotel, with room service, 4 restaurants and bars, a movie theater and dry cleaning services. Once we get to our floor, the hustle and bustle of the busy hotel is left behind and we feel right at home."

"The 9 is a wonderful place to live. My husband and I have lived here for parts of two years, and have had a great experience with staff and the other tenants. The 9 and surrounding area are very dog friendly which has been a huge plus for us. The location is excellent, close to all the sporting arenas and restaurants. Everything is extremely convenient. Heinen's grocery store is just around the corner which is another added bonus. The apartment's themselves are spacious, clean, and modern. We highly recommend the 9, and more than anything recommend the staff and management which truly makes a difference in the housing experience."
