"BEWARE !! I recently moved out after living here for 7 years. They charged me for carpet after the move out (as there were small strains) though they were changing to wooden floor . When I called them to enquire about that, they told me that I need to leave the carpet in the same condition as 7 years before but they will anyways throw away the carpet. This did not make any sense to me. I would expect them to charge me only if they had to spend $$ for some restoration. They also charged me for pest control while I stayed there. So be aware that they will charge you for everything and make all possible attempts to NOT return your deposit while moving out."

"I have been living here close to a month and have had a wonderful experience. Laura was so helpful and friendly. She insured the application process was smooth as possible. I never had a move in be so flawless. The front office staff are awesome! The building I live in is very quiet and rarely hear neighbors. The apartments are updated and very spacious. Its a beautiful complex. The reason for the 4/5 stars is the parking situation. If you are parking after 9pm it is difficult to find a spot even during the week. There are instances where I have had to park on the other side of the complex. Overall I highly recommend arbor court and you can't go wrong living here."

"I've been living here since September 2021. I enjoy living here. The staff is excellent. Maintenance does a great job. The pool is nice as is the grill. These are usually available around Memorial Day weekend until about Labor Day weekend. All in all, it's a very nice apartment."

"I’ve lived in two separate apartments at Arbor Court and I can say the experience has been beyond amazing. Not only are the units very comfortable and spacious but the staff goes above and beyond in making sure you are taken care of. Out of all the places I’ve lived at Laura and Kristin are by far the nicest and hard working staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. You can really tell they care and want to ensure you have the best living conditions around and always greet you with a smile when you walk into the office. Not only that but I’ve only had to call on maintenance once in over a year and they are fantastic and very nice people. You’ll see them working long hours even when there’s a blizzard outside making sure everything runs smoothly. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and will definitely be staying here until I buy a house. You guys are amazing thank you all for everything and a wonderful experience! 10/10"
