"Currently a resident living here, here are a few pros and cons: Pros: -AMAZING location. Need last minute groceries? A quick walk to Lucky's. Go to the park? Edgewater is right there. -A rather small building so not as likely to have loud and inconsiderate neighbors. -Incredible kitchen, so much storage. -Newish bathrooms -Quiet neighborhood -Electronic key pad instead of locks, no need to worry about forgetting your keys. -Maintenance is pretty responsive Cons: -Extremely squeaky floors, they are old so they have scuffs and scratches all over. -Vintage features that are considered ugly if its not your taste. -“Landlord special” paint jobs on the trim and doors. -VERY limited closet space. It’s almost a deal breaker. -Limited garage spaces and its pretty pricey for a spot. -Heat has a mind of its own and they are radiators. -Window AC units -no fan in the bathroom so you will get mold. -There ARE cameras but if something were to happen management won’t look at them. A police report has to be made. -The gym is limited for those that want a fancy gym."

"Wouldn’t wish this management company (Windsor Lakewood properties) on my worst enemy. For the record, I did not live at a Windsor property. A loved one of mine did. I have heard terrible stories of their experience. This management company does not care about their residents. There have been times the rent box has been raided by a theft and the rent money has been stolen. Mail also gets stolen here. There are termites in the wood, specifically in the windowsills of the apartments, And Pipe bursts that damage the apartment. The management company has to be hounded in order for them to make any repairs. It was frustrating to see a loved one experience living here."
