"Very dangerous to live here no security at all and an hardly no cameras.violence theft and property damage happens on via property constantly ppl property damage always and they won’t even get security not a safe environment to live in at all things happen daily that’s no safe and they does nothing to stop it with the little camera footage they have nothing never happens once they see what’s going on I recommend nobody to move in these apartments because it unsafe environment to live in I so wish I didn’t have wait 9months on waiting list to move where is not safe environment at all I had a gun pull out in me my previous tenant this how safe these building really are"

"Immediately denied me after paying the fee and applying the same day. This is under the CHMA program and waitlist and I honestly didn’t believe the other reviews about them denying people and also running credit checks. I have completely lost hope in looking for a new place to live."

"They drop what they're doing to answer/return calls immediately. They are courteous. They understand the needs of low-income potential Tenants and bend over backward to facilitate their acceptance into the building. No bad attitudes about not being able to afford market-rate rents. I'd like to write a Letter of Commendation on their behalf to the City of Cleveland for their efficiency and adherence to Section 8/low-income housing Statutes. More power to you, Via Sana!"
