"One of the worst apartments in the city of Cleveland, East Cleveland whatever. Every building z4 properties owned is roaches infested to the point of no return . I have nothing in my apartment and I wake up killing at least 10-15 roaches a day, as soon as I wake up or as soon as I come back into my apartment. The leasing office sucks the property managers sucks they’ll lie to you about anything . PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!! I’m not just typing this review for no reason ! Nobody else will tell you but I WILL."

"My apt was beautiful but the sink kept backing up flooded my kitchen and living room twice. I had 4 different owners/landlords in the year I lived there. The maintenance men quit often so the help was nonexistent. Someone broke into my mailbox, stealing my tax forms I guess they thought it was a check. Nothing was done as usual. Neighbors didn’t bother me so that was a positive."

"This one of the few of the worst places to live in East Cleveland, they have mold growing in the bathrooms of the apartment. The hallways are trash,the landlords never fix anything in the apartment. Let alone answer the phone to fix anything I had a broken stove for months called several times no one never answered their phone had to literally go up to the office. To have a work order put in for my stove worst place would not recommend"
