"I live in the bottom apartments and they have flooded three times within a month. The first time sewer water was through the whole apartment and the new owner wanted to just clean the carpet but the water was running up my legs. I had to bug him and stress to him that it was to much water. The carpet had to be pulled up because with that amount of water, there will be mold. That took him almost two weeks to complete. He doesn't have a real team of people, just a drunk that lives down the road, he sent his teenage son and the old maintenance we use to have when someone else owned the building. BILL (THE OWNER) is very unprofessional and doesn't communicate well. The apartment flooded again July 3 and it took them a week just to bring us a blower to try to dry the carpet that was already mildew. He never came to clean the carpet and now we are currently moving. He was decent enough to let us out of our lease early but that's what happen when you dont want to get the problem fixed professionally and you dont want to work out a deal for the inconvenience yet again. I wouldn't rent from him but beware he owns a few of these buildings on this street."

"Multiple reason but overall it's quite ,But I feel it's some real issues that. Needs to be handled within this property alone and it's filthy with in building. Management and housekeeping and this maintenance helper"
