"We checked in and found the apartment to be clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are comfortable. There is space to work and the internet is secure and fast! We have only been here 2 days of our stay but so far we’ve had a pleasant experience. Meilin is responsive and helpful."

"Stay away from this place. It was a complete dump. Our apartment was filthy dirty. The furniture was falling apart and the apartment had a horrible odor. The front steps were crumbling, the stairwells were dirty and covered in cobwebs. Definitely not a place you should stay when coming to OH for medical care. To make matters worse, the host asked about the cleanliness of the apartment and when we voiced our opinion she acted like she was concerned but in the end asked us to cancel our reservation. Claiming we were unable to please. After the complaint on cleanliness she sent the housekeeper to the apartment to see what our complaints were. She showed up with a pack of wipes to remedy the situation. That should explain the reason why the apartments are disgusting. I had to ask her to leave several times because she was very aggressive and confrontational. When I tried to reach out to the host to voice my concerns about our safety after this incident she asked us to cancel our reservation. Oh and don’t leave anything there when you are in a hurry to leave because you will never get it back. In addition to the above nightmare the host has yet to return our personal property (IPad) that she knows was left behind because she was notified by not just us but AirBNB. And part of the contract with AirBNB the host has an obligation to return any items left behind. It’s been over a month already and still have not received it back. The host is shady and the housekeeping is a joke."

"RUN!! Travel nurse here, look elsewhere if you can. Two weeks since I left the apartment and I’m STILL WAITING FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BE REFUNDED. Also while I was staying here, Landlord tried to overcharge me for one month of utilities. Asked her to call me so we can go over the bill together. Instead of calling me, she locked me out of the apartment WHILE it was snowing outside. Ended up calling the police, which she then agreed to speak to me on the phone… only to find out the amount she was trying to charge was actually incorrect. We ended up agreeing on an amount for utilities & she later that night, she gave me access."

"Do not stay here! My first experience with her was on my first day, i walk into what is supposed to be my apartment to find a random person sleeping. That should have been my cue to go but I understand that mistakes happen. However, if I could give this place a 0 star I would! Meilin has not return my deposit ($1000) since moving out in AUGUST (4+ months ago) and has gone totally MIA. The only explanation given AFTER moving out was that she is changing her rate to charge $X per DAY vs per NIGHT. Who even charges per day? why would you try and make that change after the lease has been signed, rent been paid, and tenants have moved out? She not only decided to make this change after we already paid her ALL the money and moved out, she has decided to give absolutely NO explanation as to how or why she thinks this is acceptable. I have tried to contact her many times and with no response which is why I am writing this review as to warn anyone who is thinking of staying here, DO NOT! Lastly, this is not a great area to stay in. Random people walking on the street all the time, hardly any lights at night and really tough to find parking and even when you do, you can end up with a ticket!"

"I stayed at CLE suites for three months in the winter and had a great experience! Meilin, the host, is very accommodating and quick to respond if you ever have a question. The apartment is walking distance to the Cleveland Clinic, university hospital and case western university. The apartment was clean, newly renovated, had basic kitchenware and kitchen appliances. I definitely recommend this apartment for short and long stays."
