"Absolutely one of the worst properties to live at! First off when you move in your apartment is so dirty, you have to clean for days. Abandoned apartments were left open with glass broken everywhere for a year. Meanwhile you have kids and drug addicts going into the apartments having a field day. Yes, they started construction. First off you need to work on the current residents issues first, but I will get back to that. They are using a chemical so strong that they have to wear mask yet we are smelling it nonstop and told just open a window. Now apartments are rigged with issues. You can call the hotline number but no one will answer and no one will call you back. Work orders take 6 months plus to be completed if they are even ever completed. If you have an emergency work order such as a pipe breaking, don’t expect them to come, I had to pay someone to come fix it after 3 days. Mice infestation and it takes them months to have pest control come. My personal property was ruin and received no compensation what so ever.!Apartments are constantly being broken into and rummaged through. No locks on patio doors. Doors don’t shut properly. No notice before coming into apartments. Once it hits 30 degrees don’t expect your apartment to be over 55 degrees.! So future renters beware . Run, run far away from all the Brooklyner’s properties!!!!"

"The management sucks and don’t get me started on some of the people that live. They don’t even care to take their trash to the dumpster they sit it by the door and let the animals tear it up. Not to mention they don’t have any on site maintenance so there’s no one cleaning it up. It’s a damn shame that even though they don’t have maintenance cleaning that the people would choose to live like savages."
