"Yeah I’d have to change this to a 1 star. I loved there for a solid year and after rent was paid on time I was given a random note in my door (along with plenty others on the same floor) about new management not renewing our lease. No prior warnings or evictions. No children, smoking or pets. This was 2 years ago when I still stayed here. Plenty of issues but thankfully I’ve moved on. Good luck new renters!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this apartment building. The move in process was quick and Wendy was very helpful. The staff always attended to any concerns that I had which weren't many. When I moved out they were fair was their inspection of the unit and I received my security deposit in a timely manner. All in all, I can't say anything bad about my experience."

"I am a current resident. I’ve been living here for 2 years. I’ve had a faulty faucet in my bathtub this year. It has left my bathtub with a black moldy ring in it. They came to fix the faucet but has yet to fix/replace the bathtub. This has been an ongoing issue for 2 months. I’ve reached out to the office numerous times. Every time I can reach someone they blame it on upper management. They have not fixed/replaced the bathtub and can not give me a time when they can fix it. I feel uncomfortable showering. I just would like someone to help me. I pay my rent on time. I do not cause any problems this has been my only issue and I’m honestly disappointed with the lack of responses or help"

"I have been here for 3 years and I would never wanted to leave unless I have to. It basically the best place and location you can be at for you and your kids. My kids school is like 2 mins from here and all my favorite restaurant and shopping store are 5 mins from here."
