"Ever since this property was purchased by Millenia (Frank Sinito) it's gone severely downhill. Millenia purchased the property, fired half the workers that were doing a great job to make the place home, and hired on people that simply don't care. -The parking lot isn't regulated anymore, so you can never get a spot. People that don't live here park here constantly and nobody is ever towed. -People park in fire lanes and "no parking" zones constantly and nothing is done about it. -Rent checks used to be cashed the day after you sent them in, now it takes three weeks. This causes serious confusion when you look at your bank accounts in the middle of the month. -Maintenance no longer responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner. This used to be a great building until Millenia came along. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now. Also, they're doing a lot of remodeling in the building so expect rent to increase significantly from what is currently advertised."
