"Premier location downtown, great industrial feel to the building. Tanya the property manager is amazing! Concierge is friendly. When you're ready to relocate to downtown DON'T MISS THIS PLACE! On site gym, indoor parking, rooftop patio, front yard is the warehouse district and your back yard is the flats. Perfect location! 10 min walk to Public Square, 10 min walk to the North Coast Harbor and Browns Stadium, 5 min walk to the East Bank."

"As I leave Cleveland, this is going to be one of the most difficult things to give up. I absolutely loved living at Bridgeview! The location couldn't have been better - it was within walking distance to all my favorite restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and nightlife. The price was incredibly reasonable for what you get - the apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed, including a dishwasher and in-unit laundry. It also came with one of the best views in Cleveland on the top floor. The management team was always prompt in responding to any maintenance requests or questions, and they truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I couldn't have asked for a better living experience and would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable place(relative to downtown) to call home. Everyone was great, but special shoutout to Tanya(leasing manager) and David(concierge)"

"The past year at Bridgeview was a great experience! The location is right next to the Flats and not a far walk from any sports venue or East 4th. Very spacious rooms and an excellent staff that is very helpful and hosts great events for the tenants. The Holiday party was one of the best! My personal favorite spot is the rooftop with a great view of the city skyline on one end and then the river and other side of the flats on the other. If you're lucky you can even hear a concert from the roof going on at Jacob's Pavilion!"
