"Possibly the WORST place to rent from in Cleveland! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. There's plenty of other rental agencies that are worth your time and money. Integrity Gold Coast is NOT one of them. The incompetence that comes from management is unbelievable(its like they're doing it on purpose). Once you sign that lease, they do not return phone calls. They do not return emails. They simply do not care. No return email or phone number is given on the emails they do send. Your calls will go straight to voicemail. They always seem to be out to lunch! The building is constantly in need of repair. Water leaks being the worst of it. You'll hear every single step the tenet above you makes. A good rental agency would make it standard to use throw rugs to help curve this problem, not here! They just want their rent paid on time please!! Packages are constantly being stolen while management does nothing about it. Another easy fix but they never seem to have time to solve these issues! The dumpsters are absolutely atrocious. Rats scurry around them and I've even caught people inside of them, going through your trash! You'll spend money on a parking space that's constantly being taken by someone else. Someone who doesn't even live there! Still waiting on a call back from the first time I complained about this! The worst part is the hubris these people have. Nothing is ever their fault. They take no responsibility and refuse to apologize when they're in the wrong. I'm guessing they'll respond to this negative review before they give me a call back or respond to my emails. Depends on when they take their lunch!"
"My daughter and I had a horrible experience with the leasing office and agent. We are disabled and were not prepared to walk 5 BLOCKS to see a unit not in the building that had a possible unit available. Yes, I can understand that it could be a liability issue, but it was a clear violation of request for accommodation for 2 mobility impaired persons. Don't bother with any of their properties. You're wasting your time. It was a dirty building and it smelled. Plastic Utensils were smashed on the floor in front of one of the elevators. The carpets were not swept in the building and common areas. You get nothing for your money. Have to provide your own air conditioning unit, a phone so that you don't have to buzz someone in. They call your unit. And the agent made it sound like it was the greatest thing! I know Integrity pretty much owns most of the rentals on east and west side of Cleveland. That doesn't mean that the company can treat disabled people so poorly. With no on site leasing office or person in each of the properties, I doubt nothing is attended to in the buildings. Do better. Get training in Fair Housing and section 504 of ADA. Get rid of a central leasing office and take care of your properties. And obviously, take care of your residents. And prospective residents. Rent elsewhere. Not Integrity Group anywhere!"
"Don't apply here unless you're ok having $350 in limbo. The fact "integrity" is in their name is ironic. I applied on the 18th after telling Bryant that I had broken a lease and had a bill for it from during covid. He said it should be ok but could not promise. When you apply, you have to pay a $250 deposit to "take the apartment off the market while you're approved" and a $100 administrative fee, along with the application fee. On the 19th I got the call that I was denied and was told I would get my refund "shortly.". It is now 8 days or 6 business days later and I still have not seen the $350 refund. I emailed Bryant pm the 25th to no response. I also called on the 26th and a woman said she couldn't tell me when I'd get the refund and would call me back, but I haven't heard. Meanwhile, I'm needing to put down a deposit on a different apartment. Very frustrated."
"I had an apartment viewing with Jacquelyn today. She represented the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. I am not usually a very easy person when looking at a new lease and I ask a lot of questions to make sure I am getting exactly what I want. Jacquelyn was extremely patient, showed me a wonderful property and made sure that any concerns I had were put to rest. I applied for an apartment couple hours later. Apartments are well cared for and landscaped, appeared to be pretty quiet and very reasonably priced considering the location."
"Lovely experience up until the end, don’t expect your full deposit back the average they seem to take out is around $450 from my own experience and what I’ve heard from previous tenants. You can deep clean your apartment all you want, they will find any reason to deduct from it. They will not give any explanation for their decisions. They will walk through your apartment after you moved out take a picture of the floor they walked on and charge you for that. I received a picture of a clean counter top, similarly I’m charged with “6 holes bigger then the size of a nail” in the strange poor quality collage of blurry pictures they sent, they really included a picture of a hole from a nail. Even a hole with a nail in it! If you buy yourself new lightbulbs, yes you heard me right, make sure you buy them some too because it’s “our” responsibility. A claim I took all the lightbulbs was made even though I was there cleaning at night. They will walk in your apartment without knocking to do an inspection and leave hastily when it’s become known that your home, which says a lot. Anyway I see they typically flag negative reviews or ones that don’t attract people to their rental company, they are nice apartments and my leasing agents were absolutely beyond words wonderful. However, this is management. Not to mention, I heard what I assume to be maintenance workers or someone in the apartment that became vacant across from me well after they moved out. So how long and how many people are in and out of your apartment before they take the pictures that determine your deposit? I don’t know. Nice place pretty court yard dog waste bag dispensers are always refilled the landscaping and upkeep is great and it’s a great location but expect no mercy or humanity from new management, or your full deposit, expect nonsensical charges that they won’t explain! Some pictures for reference"
