"The last 2 weeks there has been no hot water. Only for one day. It's winter. Maybe management should live here then maybe we would have hot water."
"Never live with Canterbury apartments they will hang up the phone on you when your having issues with them"
"Nice apartments"
"I live here and have the hot water faucet in the bathtub that will NOT shut off. After 6 months of it progressively getting worse my bedding is wet my bed room sells of mold and mildew. My bathroom is moldy and mildewed bI have to sleep in my car because it's so damp in the apartment and the excuses I get are we don't have anyone in maintenance that can come out or my favorite we ordered the part. It doesn't take 6 months to get a part. Even if they got a machinist to make the part ride horseback from California and hand delivered it."
"Poor drainage system led to two floods in 2 years during heavy rains. The first 1 had an inch of water in my living room and a week later they addressed it. The second time had 4 inches of water throughout the apt. It was unlivable, they didn't address it that night and put in blowers 3 days later to dry it out and then left the carpeting flooring and everything else down for over 2 months without replacing. Mold and probably black mold as well began growing under flooring behind appliances etc due to the pergo floor and carpet and padding having never been replaced plus a smell then bugs started coming. After a city inspection it failed due to buckling floors, walls, visable water damage throughout the apt etc which they were told to address and never did, and even after that Windsor management refused to address any issues even after I stopped paying them due to not staying in the apartment due to concerns for my own health. They were kind enough to remove wet items from my closet 3 days after the flood and throw the said wet items onto my bed damaging and destroying the linens and mattress of which they never replaced. Also after 2.5 months post flood they were so kind enough to replace just the bedroom carpet but left down the moldy padding that was there during the flood underneath the new carpet they just laid over it. The only bright side of any of it is ms. Veronica the property manager who actually tries and gives a damn but is handcuffed by Windsor property management who could care less about the residence, mainly anita who runs there other property kamden village and the district manager an African American gentleman who has his office at kamden as well. My opinion is never to live at any of the properties as clearly they dont care about residences health safety and comfort and will not even lift a finger to be responsible for there gross negligence and lack of landlord responsabilities. There not even worthy of 1 star in my opinion, find somewhere else to call home and there are plenty of other options in and around the Cleveland area that will treat you better."
