"Nice and quiet place to live.We have friendly neighbors and the maintenance team is always quick to respond and respectful of our space. They do a great job at keeping up with the landscape and the overall upkeep of the common areas which is very nice. They are going to be installing new washer and dryer units soon with the option to pay through an app and we can not be more excited! It is the little things that really shows they care about their tentats and their happiness. Perfect space for our little family. We love calling this place our home!"

"I have lived here since June of this year and they have been making improvements since I lived here. The landscaping is really well maintained and we have a nice quaint quiet little community. They're painting the hallway and door of my apartment currently as well as getting new laundry systems very soon as well as setting up the option to pay rent online. Any issues I've had with my apartment have been dealt with quickly and will typically get back to me within 24 hours. No complaints and the price of rent is very reasonable."

We see our neighbors when we come and go and everyone is friendly We don't bother anyone and No one bothers us we feel as though we live in a good little private community.its The very Best place to live at as in apartment life.winter management will come plow and salt in the winter so we can get out early for work .My family has never felt so safe and happier than we are here This has been my experience here at Baldwin court it's been everything that I hoped it to be when I moved in and it still is amazing experience and hope to be here many years to come.."

"We moved in here back in March when I was 9 months pregnant. When we first moved in, the garbage disposal leaked, the toilet didn't flush and there was sediment in the water. Those things were fixed right away. Everything seemed great until the weather got hot and the neighbors turned on their air conditioner. The a.c. downstairs is so loud it would wake up our baby in the middle of the night. The whole apartment would vibrate and the mirrors would rattle. When I tried to tell the office about it, I was told to get over it because they knew about it and there was nothing they could do. What the heck! These people are so rude and never get anything done. I've only lived here for 6 months and I already want to move."
