"I've lived here since 2009 & it was just okay when I moved in but it's gotten better every year I've lived here. Now its amazing & so beautiful up here & so much safer. Its also very peaceful. The office staff are amazing, so are the maintenance staff, & the new owners are awesome. This is a wonderful place to live. Safe, pretty, peaceful, & bus stops in front of & behind the complex. I highly recommend it! Also the addition of cameras throughout the property, in and outside of buildings, & many more is awesome! The security company is always close by. It's amazing. No more package theft!"

"I have no problem with my appointment! When I need something to be fixed maintenance is on it..The staff are nice.they're so many kids running through hallways and streets but then again that's not Cambridge responsibility it is the parents"

"They take weeks sometimes months to do work orders. They act like their busy but when you walk past the office they are all chilling in there like they have no work to do. Another thing they worry more about the outside of the property then the inside. Bed bugs, roaches & mold in almost all the apartments. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody."

"I am completely satisfied with this complex. I only wish more of the tenants were not so inconsiderate of others and stop being slobs. Guess that is what happens when people get things for free. They think they are entitled to them. The management should start evicting more."

"I have family members who stay here and one of them has mold in her apt and they won't even move her. Not to mention she's a senior citizen. A lot of people are complaining that the central air system does not work and its 80 plus degrees outside.."
