"Wow….Riverhaus was a great visit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly….they delivered on service! I felt like they were there specifically for me. (I definitely did not get that elsewhere) Ayanna was excellent communicating before I came in and Jack did an exceptional job showing the property. Can’t wait to move in!!"

"Lived in this pig pen for 10 months in a 12 month lease, I left early and paid the extra 2 months to get out of there…the entire property was disgusting and so poorly ran…. Here is why- 1) No rooftop access for 6 months because the management was too lazy to get the door fixed. 2) The door to pool was broken because management was too lazy to get it fixed. 3) Secured garage door was broken for 8 months (any and everyone could walk into our ‘secured garage’) because management was too lazy to get it fixed (it costs $85 per month),I personally ran off 5 homeless people in our secured garage, not safe for a large guy like me let alone a female by herself at any time of day…homeless camp 1/2 block away. 4) underground garage was so filthy you had to step around 3 inches of mud every time it rained because the management was too lazy to have it cleaned 5) garbage cans were overflowing each and every week because the lazy staff was asked if they could empty the garbage…they said to me and 5 other residents ‘that’s not my job’ 6) ABSOLUTELY THE LAZIEST BUNCH OF HOTEL/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PEOPLE I HOPE I NEVER SEE AGAIN! 7) makes me mad that I can’t rate the hole -100 stars!"

"It was good up until we were leaving the complex. You have to give a 60 day notice before it goes into month to month however they only take verbals about not staying which we did and I happily reminded them 45 days out again that we would not remain after July 14th and now they are trying to charge us the whole month July. Very shady and sneaky behavior so if you want to make sure you’re not charged for what you didn’t agree to, don’t move here. Update: management got back to us and helped to resolve the issue in a professional manner which I greatly appreciated. So thank you for listening to your residents."

"I've lived here for over 2 years, and can say this is one of the best apartments I've had. The units are new, sleek and stylish, and everything works. I agree with the other reviews that praised maintenance, any issues I've had are quickly dealt with. The team in the office (Jack, Khyla and everyone else) are great at their jobs and go out of their ways to be friendly. The amenities are fun, the location is close to restaurants, and the staff is always hosting events to create a real sense of community around the place. (Well done team!)"

"I never post reviews..but with apartment hunting, I always read others reviews. So I hope this will help a future resident. Honest review: This complex deserves every 5 star review they’ve received and more! We moved from out of state we decided to tour this apartment on a whim, & we are so glad we did. We instantly fell in love with the posh design, the wonderful amenities, the neighborhood, and the people!!! Unlike some other “luxury” apartments, these are truly luxurious. Any issues we have had (which have been very few) were promptly handled by maintenance same day or next day. They are amazing at hosting events that connect residents and make us feel at home. They love our pets and treat them like family. I could go on and on. If you are thinking about living here- do it!"
