"I wouldn't recommend this particular location. While staff service was decent, multiple people definitely saw a mouse scurrying around the breakfast area one morning. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, which of course handled it well, but it wouldn't have surprised me if that happened often. Additionally, the furniture in our room was pretty rough and likely in need of replacement. Everything seemed reasonably clean, but also seemed like a very dated facility that could use a refresh. If that bothers you, I would recommend a different location."

"I was removed from my room with a claim that I had called before arrival and told them to short cut my stay by two days. I had not made such a call but they did not care. No email notification was sent to me of such a change to my stay either. I was told to call Hilton support and figure a solution out for myself. I was not offered an apology or solution for their mistake. I saw a big, brown, crusty stain on the comforter when I tried to go in the bed. I was brought a new one that was wet. They did not have any other clean one so they brought me four very old blankets but I did not make an issue because the housekeeping/laundry room lady was nice. Don’t go and don’t plan your event s there. You will not be take care of well as a guest. Facilities are beautiful. Housekeeping and restaurant staff are nice.Bartender is nice. Only two of the front desk staff were courteous. The rest of the’ attendees were flat out rude."

"We stayed on Saturday night for an event taking place across the street at the Northern KY convention center. Location was perfect for what we needed, parking garage was convenient and check in was easy. Unfortunately our room immediately smelt when we opened the door. They tried to mask the smell with a plug-in that was dry and turning brown from overheating. We unplugged and left on the side table. Noticed the alarm clock was turned around, assuming from the previous customer, when we turned it around it still had a charger that was previously left. Felt as if the room was not properly cleaned! Comforters were stained, chairs were stained and had holes in them, sink faucets were corroded, bathtub was chipped and there was hair on the walls!! We were really looking forward to the hotel due to the convenience of the location and the view of the river but would not recommend. Very disappointed!!"

"My family just completed a trip to the Ark Encounter, near Cincinnati. Our group of about 150 people stayed at the Embassy Suites Cincinnati River Center. The staff was excellent and very easy to work with. The location was awesome and good food was always close by. The biggest disappointment was the rooms. Every time we entered our room (#619) we were greeted by the scent of mildew. We checked with our group and several others were experiencing the same issue. The hotel was 100% occupied, so we were stuck with it. The bathroom looked like it had seen plenty of wear over the years. There was bubbling paint around the bathtub and toilet. The walls were peeling in spots as well. In any case, it did not ruin our trip, and the overall experience was good."

"The only convenient Hilton property on the Kentucky side so this is where we stayed for New Year's Eve. Never again. The rooms are super outdated. We chose a room on the eighth floor originally but ended up on the second because nothing was ready. They gave us vouchers for the bar happy hour as a New Year's Eve reception. The poor bartender had a line of at least 20 people for like 2 hours and their front desk couldn't even make change for people so that he could get tipped. They finally sent someone to help. The shower head in our room was barely functional and the tub filled with water within five minutes of showering. Beds are uncomfortable. Carpets are old and stained. But hey. We had a room with a view. For the price, stay next door at the Marriott. Same view, updated hotel."
